Is Cricket hindering the progress of other sports in India?

No sport is popular in India other than Cricket.  Cricket is treated like religion  in India. It was brought by British, so it has became a tradition. S o no one can change this. Mesopotamia is an exceedingly fertile plain situated between the Tigris and the Euphrates Rivers. For five millennia, the small strip of land situated in what is today Iraq, Kuwait and Syria fostered innovations that would change the world forever.
