Jerome K. Jerome - A magnificent writer

J erome Klapka Jerome was born in Walsall in 1859. He is best known for his comic novel 'Three men in a boat' which is famous worldwide and have been read by thousands of people. He gained his unusual second name from an exiled  Hungarian general with his father was familiar.  During his childhood his family moved to London's east end he got involved in the school Marylebone  Grammar School. He left his school when he was 14. He  spent time doing touring with  many theoretical companies and he lived for a while in Tavistock, place in London with his friend George who was a character in 'three men in a boat' novel which is mentioned above.  Source - Wikipedia common.
